As outlined in recent official communications, the Xi‑Amaru Republic enforces strict protocols to preserve the integrity of our nation. Two distinct outcomes may affect individuals involved in tribal processes:

1. Case Dismissal with Permanent Ineligibility

(As defined in our “No‑Refund Policy” announcement)

• Applies to: Anyone, whether or not they have citizenship status, who begins the Tribal Screening or Citizenship Procedure and then withdraws by requesting or accepting a refund.

   

• Reasoning: These procedures are sacred jurisdictional acts, not services. Withdrawal via refund undermines tribal authority and administrative trust.

   

• Outcome: The case is dismissed immediately, and the individual receives a Notice of Permanent Ineligibility. They are banned for life from any future affiliation, citizenship, documentation, or participation, and no appeals are permitted. T

   

2. Final Judgment for Removal

(As explained in our “Final Judgment” article)

• Applies to: Individuals who are Nationals and people who have already completed the Citizenship Procedure and hold official status.

   

• Reasoning: A Final Judgment is issued when a citizen acts in serious violation of tribal covenant—such as treason, threats, abandonment of duties, refusal to honor leadership, or misuse of national identity.

   

• Outcome: The individual is formally stripped of national status, IDs are invalidated, and they exit the jurisdiction. There is a 5‑year bar before they can petition for reinstatement, and they have 30 days to appeal the judgment.
