Submit payment below. Request for a renewal, damage, or lost official national credentials.

Tribal credentials refer to tribal IDs that are government-issued identification cards that are designed for our nation, the Xi-Amaru Republic. These IDs are issued by us for the tribal government to members of the nation-state, and they include biographical information such as the name, birth date, and tribal affiliation of the individual. Tribal IDs are used for a variety of purposes, such as voting in tribal elections, accessing tribal services, and proving one’s identity when traveling.

These forms of identification are recognized by state and federal agencies, and they also help to promote understanding and recognition of tribal sovereignty and self-determination.

Tribal Credentials Types

Fees for services are separate for each member’s identification. These IDs are important for tribal members to communicate their status within society. Discrimination against these credentials is also unlawful for companies and agencies. It is crucial for everyone to respect and acknowledge the cultural significance of tribal identification. By doing so, society can create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for indigenous peoples.

Tax exemption is the legal privilege granted by the United States government for certain organizations or individuals exempting them from paying federal or state taxes. The Xi-Amaru Republic nation states citizens and businesses fall into that category. Through exercising their rights; to have the right to maintain and strengthen their distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions, while retaining their right to participate fully, if they so choose, in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the State (USA).

Tax exemption status serves as a form of financial assistance for the nation-states citizens and organization formed within their jurisdiction, as it gives them the opportunity to contribute to the development of their indigenous communities. This is why tax exempt credentials are issued to Xi-Amaru Republic citizens.

To ensure authenticity, credentials from the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice of the Xi-Amaru Republic nation-state can be verified by visiting the organization’s website at aboriginalministryofjustice.org/verify.

Upon expiry, individuals would require renewing their credentials. However, the expiration date remains the same even in case of loss or damage of credentials, and renewal cards can be issued within 90 days prior to the expiration date.

In case of unverified tribal affiliations, a rejection letter would be sent to the applicant, which can be disputed within 30 days. To initiate any dispute or for further inquiries, please send an email to verify@aboriginalministryofjustice.org.

The issuance of limited tribal member IDs is typically at the discretion of the tribal government, which determines the eligibility criteria and benefits associated with the ID. While a limited tribal member ID may not confer all the benefits of full citizenship, it can still serve as an important form of identification for individuals who wish to demonstrate their connection to their tribal heritage.

The ID card is for 18 and older. It should be noted that the ID card has an expiration date of three years from the date it was issued.

A tribal driver’s license is an important legal document issued by sovereign tribal governments to validate the identity of their citizens and authorize them to operate motor vehicles legally. This signifies the exercise of our rights as a certified institution of the Xi-Amaru Republic nation-state, further exemplifying the sovereignty of our tribal government.

Tribal driver’s licenses are a testament to the commitment of our tribal government to support and protect our tribal citizens’ safety, as well as the importance we place on their ability to participate in society. It is an essential service we provide to ensure the mobility of our tribal citizens and allow them to engage in regular activities, such as commuting to work or school.

By issuing tribal driver’s licenses, we empower our citizens to navigate through life with the confidence that comes from having an officially recognized form of identification.

Traveling is a fundamental human right, but it is important for tribal members to have the necessary skills to operate a common vehicle to ensure the safety of themselves and others on the road. To demonstrate their ability to operate a vehicle, tribal members may provide proof of their traveling experience, such as copies of identification cards from other jurisdictions they have traveled to and from, or previous traveling records.

This proof can help to establish their competence and ensure a safe driving experience for all individuals on the road. It is important to recognize the vital role that driving plays in modern society, and this is especially true for those who live in rural or remote areas where public transportation options may be limited. By providing evidence of their driving abilities, tribal members can help ensure their right to travel while maintaining the safety of themselves and others on the road.

It is important to understand that despite having a tribal driver’s license, it does not give anyone the right to be unsafe while traveling. It is imperative for all individuals to abide by the law and follow basic safety guidelines while on the road. This includes but is not limited to; avoiding running red lights, transporting illegal substances, committing crimes or running stop signs. It is crucial that citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic exercise responsibility and ensure that they do not endanger themselves or others while traveling. Endangering another human being is a violation of their basic human rights and can have severe legal consequences.
