The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, announces a series of recurring monthly meetings and forums designed to support transparent governance, informed participation, and community development within the nation.
These scheduled sessions provide structured opportunities for Nationals and Citizens to remain informed, engaged, and supported as the Xi-Amaru Republic continues to advance its administrative systems, public safety initiatives, and community wellness programs.
Each meeting serves a distinct purpose while operating under clear governance standards, verification requirements, and professional facilitation.
Monthly Recurring Meetings & Forums
Tribal Government Meetings (As Scheduled)
Official government meetings are convened as needed to address important administrative, jurisdictional, and federal matters affecting the nation and its members. Topics may include IRS updates, government planning, policy implementation, and intergovernmental coordination.
Community Health Forum (First Tuesday – Monthly)

A recurring educational forum facilitated by an authorized Naturopathic Doctor, focused on physical health, nutrition, preventative care, and biblical stewardship of the body. Topics vary monthly and are designed to support long-term physical wellness.
Intro to the Nation (Second Tuesday – Monthly)
A foundational orientation session for individuals new to the Xi-Amaru Republic, providing an overview of national identity, governance structure, citizenship pathways, and required procedures. Attendance requires completed tribal screening and verification.
Men’s Brotherhood Program (Third Tuesday – Monthly)

A structured men’s gathering for verified male citizens only, focused on leadership, accountability, discipline, and brotherhood. This program is facilitated by James A. Fears II, Founding Police Commissioner of the Xi-Amaru Republic, and is grounded in biblical principles and responsible citizenship.
Mental & Emotional Restoration Forum (Fourth Tuesday – Monthly)

A trauma-informed, biblically grounded educational forum led by an authorized Naturopathic Doctor, focused on emotional restoration, stress regulation, identity healing, and resilience. This forum provides structured support while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries.
Participation Requirements
Attendance at all meetings and forums requires:
- Completed tribal screening
- A valid case number from screening or member ID
- RSVP approval
- Compliance with conduct standards
