The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, invites eligible participants to take part in the Men’s Brotherhood Program, a recurring monthly gathering created to strengthen leadership, discipline, and accountability among the men of the nation. This program is designed specifically for verified male citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic and provides a structured environment for men to come together, engage in meaningful dialogue, and grow as responsible leaders within their families, communities, and the nation.Purpose of the Men’s Brotherhood Program

Program Facilitation
The Men’s Brotherhood Program is facilitated by James A. Fears II, Founding Police Commissioner of the Xi-Amaru Republic and Founder of Xi-Amaru Shield. With decades of experience in public safety, leadership, and accountability-based training, Mr. Fears brings a disciplined and principled approach to guiding men in areas of leadership, responsibility, and service.What the Program Covers
