Tribal Screening Process

Formal Eligibility Review for Adults & Children

The Tribal Screening Process serves as the formal eligibility review conducted by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic. As a result, the process evaluates whether an individual—adult or child—may proceed within national jurisdiction toward temporary national status or citizenship.

Moreover, tribal screening functions as the first required step within the citizenship framework. For this reason, no individual may advance toward citizenship or permanent national status without first completing this review.

Purpose of Tribal Screening

Tribal screening exists to establish eligibility before citizenship or permanent national status is considered. In addition, the process protects the integrity of Indigenous jurisdiction by ensuring national records remain accurate, current, and verifiable.

Furthermore, the review applies eligibility standards consistently across individuals and families. Accordingly, tribal screening supports lawful governance and administrative accountability. However, the process does not grant citizenship on its own.

Nature of the Research Conducted

Tribal screening involves formal administrative and jurisdictional research. Specifically, the process relies on targeted, record-based review rather than genealogy or ancestry services.

For clarity, the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice does not perform DNA testing, family tree construction, or ancestry research. Instead, the review focuses on documentation necessary to determine eligibility and jurisdictional alignment.

Application Completion Requirement

In addition, once access to the Tribal Screening application is issued, applicants are required to complete and submit the application within four months.

This requirement applies to all applicants, including adults and children.

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, acting on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, requires timely completion to ensure that records remain current, accurate, and administratively valid.

Therefore, applicants are expected to complete the application truthfully and to the best of their ability. The Ministry recognizes that not all individuals will have access to every historical or familial detail requested. However, good-faith completion is required once the application is issued.

Failure to submit the application within the four-month period results in administrative closure

Temporary National Status After Positive Screening

If the screening determination is positive, the Republic grants the applicant temporary national status within Xi-Amaru jurisdiction. As a result, the applicant may lawfully exist within national records while proceeding toward citizenship or permanent national status.

Notably, temporary national status remains conditional and time-limited. Therefore, it does not independently grant citizenship, but it does authorize progression within the national framework.

Duration of Temporary National Status

Temporary national status is valid for 14 months from the date of issuance. During this 14-month period, the applicant must proceed with the next required stage of the citizenship or national status process.

Failure to Proceed

If an applicant does not proceed within the required timeframe, the Republic enters a default administrative judgment. Consequently, temporary national status terminates, and the individual’s record closes and is marked as removed. For this reason, timely action remains essential to maintain eligibility within the jurisdiction.

Reconsideration After Removal

An individual who receives a default judgment of removal must wait five years from the date of removal before requesting reconsideration. Reconsideration is not automatic and is evaluated under the standards in effect at the time of review.

Cultural Alignment and National Values

Citizenship and national status within the Xi-Amaru Republic reflect an active legal and civic relationship with the nation.

Moreover, screening also evaluates alignment with:

For this reason, eligibility is based on both record review and values alignment.
