Eligibility Requirement

Request submitted without completed Tribal Screening will not be processed. Tribal screening must be completed no later than 4 months to prevent default dismissal.

Refund Policy and Permanent Ineligibility

Requesting a refund constitutes withdrawal from the process and results in permanent ineligible status and ban from future consideration

Time-Sensitive Requirement

Temporary national status is valid for fourteen months from the date of issuance.

Applicants must complete the Citizenship Procedure within this timeframe.

Failure to proceed within fourteen months results in:

  • A default judgment of removal from jurisdiction
  • Termination of temporary national status
  • A five-year waiting period before reconsideration
