Official Notice: Retirement of Previous Tribal Member ID Design

Issued by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice Administrative Authority for the Xi-Amaru Republic The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, acting in its administrative capacity for the Xi-Amaru Republic, hereby issues this Official Notice regarding the retirement of the previous Tribal Member Identification Card design. Effective immediately, the previous Tribal Member ID design has been discontinued and retired from production. This means that the former layout and visual format will no longer be issued for any new identification cards moving forward.

Validity of Previously Issued Identification

All previously issued Tribal Member ID cards will remain valid until the expiration date printed on the card. Individuals who currently possess an unexpired ID may continue using their existing identification until it reaches its official expiration date. No immediate replacement is required.

When a Replacement May Be Issued

A replacement identification may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • The ID has reached its expiration date
  • The ID has been lost, stolen, or damaged
  • The individual’s membership status has changed
  • A new identification is issued under the updated design standards
Upon renewal or re-issuance, the member will receive identification reflecting the updated national ID design currently adopted by the jurisdiction.

Purpose of the Update

This transition is part of the ongoing administrative development of the Xi-Amaru Republic and supports:
  • Updated document security measures
  • Improved identification verification systems
  • Alignment with evolving jurisdictional records
  • Strengthening of national administrative standards

Important Clarification

Possession of a Tribal Member ID alone does not independently determine an individual’s standing within the jurisdiction. Member status and recognition remain subject to official administrative records maintained by the jurisdiction.

Administrative Authority

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice issues this notice as part of its responsibility to administer records, services, and public communications for the Xi-Amaru Republic.
