What Does It Mean to Receive a Final Judgment for Removal from Xi-Amaru Jurisdiction?
Published by Order of the Chief and National Verification Division
In the Xi-Amaru Republic, national status is both a legal and spiritual commitment. It is a recognition of one’s connection to our lineage, a declaration of loyalty to the governance of our people, and a responsibility to uphold the values and vision of our Indigenous nation.
While our nation extends mercy, education, and protection to those who are called to build with us, we also enforce serious accountability for those who dishonor our jurisdiction. One of the highest levels of enforcement is the issuance of a Final Judgment for Removal from Jurisdiction.
This article explains what this judgment means, why it is issued, and what individuals should understand if they receive it.
What Is a Final Judgment for Removal?
A Final Judgment for Removal is a formal legal ruling issued by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, which declares that:
The individual is no longer under the protection, legal authority, or jurisdiction of the Xi-Amaru Republic and is officially revoked of all rights, duties, and recognition as a tribal citizen or national.
This means:
- You are no longer considered a citizen or national of the Xi-Amaru Republic.
- You are no longer subject to the laws, protections, or entitlements of our jurisdiction.
- Your identity and relationship with the nation is fully severed.
Reasons a Final Judgment May Be Issued
A Final Judgment is not issued lightly. It only applies to individuals who already held status within the nation and have committed a serious breach of tribal trust, law, or integrity.
Common reasons for issuance include:
- Failure to Honor the Governing Authority
- Upon completing the tribal screening process and the Citizenship Procedure, every individual automatically agrees to the jurisdiction, leadership, and constitutional framework of the Xi-Amaru Republic. This includes honoring national decisions, submitting to lawful correction, and aligning with the mission of tribal restoration.
- A Final Judgment may be issued if a Xi-Amaru Native knowingly acts in opposition to the nation’s authority, refuses correction, disrespects national leadership, or undermines national governance. Rebellion against the Governing Authority is a breach of the covenant that binds each citizen to the Republic.

What Happens When Final Judgment Is Issued?
Once a Final Judgment is issued, the following actions are taken:
- All national IDs, credentials, and documents are invalidated
- Your record is marked as “Revoked” in the National Registry
- Third-party verification will result in denial of your affiliation
- You are legally recognized as outside Xi-Amaru jurisdiction
- Continued use of tribal affiliation may result in a fraud presumption
Can You Ever Return?
Yes—but only under specific conditions.
After five (5) years from the date of the first notice or the judgment itself (whichever came first), the individual may submit a request for reconsideration.
However, this does not guarantee reinstatement. The Ministry of Justice will consider:
- The original reason for removal
- The individual’s behavior and conduct since removal
- Evidence of growth, accountability, and alignment with national values
If granted, reinstatement would be treated as a fresh application requiring full review and approval by national leadership.
The Legal and Spiritual Weight of Removal
Final Judgment for Removal is more than a revocation of paperwork, it is the formal termination of your covenant with the nation.
It reflects that the individual, by action or omission, has walked outside of the laws, protections, and spiritual covering of the Xi-Amaru Republic.
This judgment is not intended to shame, but to protect the integrity of our nation and the sacred trust of those who remain committed.
It reminds us that citizenship is not symbolic, it is lawful, cultural, and sacred.
What to Do If You’ve Received This Judgment
If you’ve received a Final Judgment for Removal:
- Do not attempt to use your credentials, ID, or status for any reason
- Cease all claims to Xi-Amaru affiliation in any form
- If you believe there was an error, you may file an appeal within 30 days of the judgment’s date
- Wait the 5-year period before requesting reconsideration
