OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – ENFORCEMENT OF NO REFUND POLICY FOR TRIBAL SCREENING & CITIZENSHIP PROCEDURE

The Xi-Amaru Republic upholds the sanctity of its Tribal Screening and Citizenship Procedure as sacred legal processes foundational to national identity, Indigenous autonomy, and lawful community membership.

These are not services to be entered lightly, and are governed by strict jurisdictional standards.

OUR POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON SCREENING & CITIZENSHIP PROCEDURES

Effective immediately and reaffirmed as national law:

Anyone who begins the Tribal Screening or Citizenship Procedure and then requests and accepts a refund (unless stated otherwise) will be permanently barred from affiliating with the Xi-Amaru Republic in the future.

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

The Tribal Screening process is the first legal step to determine your connection to our lineage and assess eligibility for citizenship. It is a formal jurisdictional process that includes legal review, identity tracing, and internal registration.

The Citizenship Procedure is the step through which qualified individuals become lawful recognized Xi-Amaru Native Americans. It includes legal filings, identity documentation, member ID and tax credentials, and spiritual affirmation of your commitment to the nation.

Once either process has begun:

  • You are under Indigenous jurisdiction
  • Resources have been allocated to your case
  • Administrative and legal work has been initiated
  • Your engagement is recognized as a legal act of self-determination

Requesting a refund after this point dishonors our legal order and causes disruption to the national record.

Therefore, no refunds are allowed, and violations result in permanent ineligibility.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND?

If you request a refund after initiating either the Tribal Screening or Citizenship Procedure:

✅ Your case will be immediately dismissed

✅ You will receive an Official Notice of Case Dismissal and Permanent Ineligibility

✅ You will be permanently barred from all future affiliation, including:

  • Citizenship or membership
  • Tribal ID or tax credentials
  • Legal representation or protection
  • Any cultural, spiritual, or national participation

WHAT IT MEANS TO RECEIVE THIS LETTER:

Receiving the official dismissal letter means:

  • You have violated tribal law and dishonored your jurisdictional agreement
  • You are marked ineligible for life within the internal national registry
  • You may never reapply or request reinstatement, this decision is final
  • You are no longer viewed as a prospective national under Xi-Amaru jurisdiction

THINK BEFORE YOU BEGIN

We encourage every applicant to:

✅ Ask questions before applying

✅ Be spiritually and mentally prepared for tribal accountability

✅ Understand that our nation is not a commercial entity, it is a government

If you are unsure about moving forward, do not submit payment until you are fully committed.
