The Xi-Amaru Republic Citizenship Procedure

Address lawful status to Indigenous/native American - become a citizen of the XI-Amaru Republic

United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People Article 3
Indigenous peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

The Xi, a group also referred to as Xi-Amaru, were initially mislabeled as the Olmecs and other names. Valid historical data disapproves the notion that the Xi-Amaru people left their land and instead implies that they expanded into different regions within the Americas as explorers.

Unfortunately, throughout history, the Xi-Amaru’s experienced unbearable situations of genocide and denationalization, causing the majority of the population to cease identifying themselves with their original culture and heritage. This is primarily due to a lack of knowledge of self and inaccurate information provided to them, leading them to confuse their real identity.

The pain and heartbreak endured by this community are beyond measure and goes to show the detrimental impact that misinformation and inadequate representation can have on a group of people. As a result, it is vital to provide accurate information to help them recognize and acknowledge their true identity.

Within the early 2000s, it has been brought to the attention of academics that a prevalent number of individuals that are now identify as Black/African American in the US and other indigenous parts of the Americas are in fact, indigenous peoples of different geographical regions throughout the Americas. This historical fact contradicts the story many have previously been told concerning the people, that they arrived in America only due to the African slave trade.

Thus, this administrative procedure aims to legitimize the recognition of the identity of the people and to address cases of denationalization of individuals who have been wrongly categorized as Black/African American.

By going through this process, eligible individuals will be legally acknowledged as citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic who are Indigenous/Natives of the Americas.
This will provide the individual with the ability to properly communicate to all concerned jurisdictions, agencies, academic institutions, and officials to ensure the individual will receive adequate recognition as their right as indigenous people.

This process is recommended for those who are misclassified with a desire to operate within society with their status as an Indigenous/Native American by becoming a citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic. Must be recognized as a Xi-Amaru Republic national to obtain citizenship status.

If you, or in the past identified as Black or African American but have not conducted the proper administrative process to address the classification, it means that currently have a 14th amendment status within the US jurisdiction.

Such status limits one’s ability to fully participate in society due to the lack of a nationality, and restricts certain rights of indigenous people.

Individuals who are a part of our nation-state, still hold (or can obtained) citizenship status within the US, however the status is through the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924. This is what provides our people the lawful right to still participate in the US jurisdiction, while still maintaining the right to self-governance as a collective.

United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People Article 5
Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and strengthen their distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural institutions, while retaining their right to participate fully, if they so choose, in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the State.
