The Entry-Level Tribal Law Course is an educational training program created by the Xi-Amaru Republic and the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice (AMJ). All information presented throughout this course—including lessons, worksheets, templates, case studies, and discussions—is provided strictly for educational and jurisdictional training purposes.
Participation in this course does not establish legal representation, legal advice, or an attorney-client relationship of any kind. All materials are based on the laws, principles, and jurisdictional framework of the Xi-Amaru Republic, ADRIP, UNDRIP, and Indigenous rights. Students are solely responsible for how they interpret or apply the information provided.
Enrollment in Tier 1 and Tier 2 does not grant authority to act on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic or the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice. Only approved Xi-Amaru citizens enrolled in Tier 3 who complete all certification requirements are eligible for recognition as L1 Tribal Jurists or to serve within the Nation’s legal, administrative, or verification departments.
All course materials are the intellectual property of the Xi-Amaru Republic and may not be shared, copied, downloaded, or distributed without written authorization.
