A.R.K. Eligibility Process

Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom | Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government

The A.R.K. Eligibility Process is the first and required step for individuals and families who wish to obtain lawful status through the Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government. It is the entry point for believers in Jesus Christ who desire to live under a moral and lawful Indigenous government founded on faith, truth, and order.

This process allows the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice to review each applicant’s faith alignment, integrity, and understanding of the Republic’s constitutional and moral standards. Only those who are approved through the A.R.K. Eligibility Process are authorized to advance to the A.R.K. Citizenship Procedure.

Purpose

The purpose of this process is to ensure that every applicant entering the Xi-Amaru jurisdiction fully understands the government’s values, laws, and responsibilities. It also ensures that all applicants are prepared to live honorably and respectfully under the Republic’s Constitution.

The A.R.K. Eligibility Process preserves order and truth by confirming that those applying for citizenship are acting in good faith and possess the moral discipline required of Xi-Amaru nationals.

Spiritual and Legal Foundation

The Xi-Amaru Republic operates as a values-based Indigenous government. Its Constitution and governing structure are built upon the principle that righteousness and justice are inseparable.

The A.R.K. Eligibility Process functions under:

  • The Xi-Amaru Republic Constitution affirming the Republic’s authority to determine and grant citizenship.
  • The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP), Articles III and IX, which affirm the right of Indigenous nations to define membership and create their own admission processes in accordance with self-determination.
