What ADRIP Means for Xi-Amaru Native Americans

The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples

The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP) was adopted on June 15, 2016, by the Organization of American States (OAS). This groundbreaking declaration affirms that Indigenous peoples across the Americas have inherent rights — including:

  • Self-Determination: The right to freely choose our political status.

  • Governance: The right to establish and run our own systems of law and government.

  • Culture & Language: The right to protect and revitalize our traditions.

  • Land & Resources: The right to maintain and manage our ancestral lands.

  • Family Protection: The right to raise our children within our own culture.

For Xi-Amaru Native Americans, ADRIP confirms what we have always known: we are a nation with God-given rights that cannot be taken away.

The Xi-Amaru Republic: Living Fulfillment of ADRIP

The Xi-Amaru Republic declared independence on December 17, 2022, and signed its Constitution on April 28, 2024. These moments were not just political acts — they were prophetic milestones.

Through our:

  • Tribal Screening & Citizenship Procedures (restoring identity & belonging)

  • Constitution & Government Operations (establishing self-governance)

  • Tax & Business Policies (building economic autonomy)

  • Cultural Programs like P31Tribe and others.

…we embody ADRIP’s vision every single day.

Our Spiritual Foundation

Our journey of restoration is deeply spiritual.

  • We walk in repentance and prayer as a nation.
  • We honor the prayers of our ancestors, who endured displacement and misclassification.
  • We believe God has heard and answered those prayers in our time.

“Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.” – Isaiah 58:12

The Xi-Amaru Republic is the living testimony that what was broken can be rebuilt.
