Xi-Amaru Republic Announces Major Government Updates at Tribal Meeting
MEMPHIS, TN – The Xi-Amaru Republic, under the leadership of the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, hosted a pivotal tribal meeting on July 11, 2025, where Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears addressed citizens and supporters with several critical updates aimed at strengthening national infrastructure, expanding services, and reinforcing the government’s commitment to Indigenous rights and self-determination.
Processing Timeframes Extended Due to Growing Demand
Chief Xi-Amaru Fears opened the meeting by announcing a significant update: the standard processing time for tribal screening has increased from 5 to 10 business days to 20 to 30 business days.
This adjustment reflects a rise in interest and awareness surrounding the nation’s offerings and eligibility process.
She reassured attendees that although the timeline has extended, applicants can still expect prompt communication for additional documentation requests.
Upcoming Citizenship Procedure Revisions
A revised citizenship procedure is scheduled for release next month with a new focus on educating citizens about their roles, responsibilities, and the government’s structure.
The Ministry emphasized the importance of communication and advised all members to save official contact emails to avoid missing future updates.
New Services Introduced to Strengthen Families and Business Capacity
Among the new services introduced was a marriage procedure designed to reflect the values, laws, and spiritual principles of the Xi-Amaru Republic.
Couples, whether newly joined or already married, may now formalize or transfer their union within the nation’s jurisdiction.
Career opportunities for tribal wedding officiants will also be available, with registration and certification details forthcoming.
A business coaching program will launch in September, intended to educate entrepreneurs on how to operate within the tribal jurisdiction and in partnership with outside systems without compromising integrity or autonomy.
Sign-ups will open at the end of July.
Affiliate Program and Nation-Building Series
A new affiliate program will allow tribal citizens to earn $15 for every eligible screening referral.
Participants must apply, be approved, and maintain citizenship status.
This initiative is part of a broader vision to compensate members for contributing to national growth.
Beginning in August, a weekly public education series titled “Nation Building in Real Time” will commence, open to both tribal members and the general public.
Topics will include Indigenous rights, legal protection, economic development, and community restoration.
Created to Build Initiative and Spiritual Foundation
The Ministry unveiled the “Created to Build” (CTB) project, encouraging members to tap into their divine capacity to create and contribute.
Referencing Deuteronomy 28:12, Chief Nnakina Fears emphasized that citizens are called to become lenders, not borrowers, by utilizing tax exemption rights to reinvest in community development.
Indigenous Status, Travel, and System Interactions
Attendees were reminded that the political status within the Xi-Amaru Republic is defined as “Xi-Amaru Native American.” This identity is crucial for legal protection and political belonging.
The Ministry clarified that while tribal IDs and documentation can be used for some name-change and verification purposes, tribal passports are not currently advised for international travel due to the absence of overseas embassies.
Citizens were encouraged to update their status with all relevant institutions and avoid misusing tribal documents.
The Ministry reaffirmed that their system is not a duplicate of external government systems but a necessary alternative to protect and affirm Indigenous identity.
Economic Autonomy and Tax Exemption Clarified
The Ministry explained that tribal businesses are tax-exempt within the jurisdiction of the Xi-Amaru Republic, distinguishing them from U.S. nonprofit entities. This exemption supports reinvestment in historically disadvantaged communities and is not a tool for tax evasion.
Members were advised to act with integrity and seek guidance before engaging with external systems.
Mutual Accountability and Community Participation
Chief Xi-Amaru Fears called for collective responsibility among citizens to advocate for the nation and educate external systems on how to properly engage with the Xi-Amaru Republic.
The success of the nation depends on every member’s participation, contributions, and ethical conduct.
Looking Ahead
The meeting concluded with commitments to provide more resources for tribal entrepreneurs, distribute paperwork to citizens with pending applications, and begin printing the national constitution, originally signed on April 28, 2024, following the Republic’s independence declaration on December 17, 2022.
Weekly meetings will continue as the Republic prepares to educate its community and grow its national presence.
Citizens are encouraged to remain engaged, read the constitution, and contribute actively to the nation’s evolution.
