How to Activate Your Xi-Amaru Republic Account

Xi-Amaru Republic citizens can now activate their official AMJ member account online.

If you have received your citizenship documents — including your Citizenship Certificate, Member ID, and Tax Exempt ID — you are ready to complete your account activation through the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice secure portal.

This article walks you through exactly what you need, what to expect, and how to activate your Xi-Amaru Republic account in a few straightforward steps.

Who Is This For?

Account activation is available to individuals who have completed the full Citizenship Procedure and received their official Xi-Amaru Republic citizenship documents. This includes:

  • Citizens approved through the Tribal Citizenship Procedure
  • Citizens approved through the ARK Citizenship Procedure

If you have not yet received your citizenship documents, account activation is not yet available to you. Visit the citizenship pathway page to begin your application.

What You Will Need Before You Begin

Have the following ready before starting the activation form. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

  • Your official Citizenship Certificate (front side required)
  • Your Member ID document
  • Your Tax Exempt ID document

Personal Information

  • Your Citizenship Approval Date (found on your Citizenship Certificate)
  • Your Member ID number

How to Activate Your Xi-Amaru Republic Account — Step by Step

  1. Go to the activation form at aboriginalministryofjustice.org/citizen-account-activation
  2. Complete Section 1 — Personal Identity. Enter your type of tribal membership, citizenship approval date, full name, date of birth, gender, email, and mailing address.
  3. Complete Section 2 — Account Credentials & Identifiers. Enter your Member ID number and Tax Exempt ID number exactly as they appear on your issued documents.
  4. Complete Section 3 — Document Uploads. Upload your headshot, Citizenship Certificate, Tax Exempt ID document, Member ID document, and any additional supporting documents issued to you.
  5. Complete Section 4 — Certification & Acknowledgment. Review and confirm each acknowledgment statement, then sign with your full legal signature.
  6. Submit the form. If this is your first time filing with the AMJ Records Department, you will receive an invoice for $15.00 before your account can be activated. This fee covers the official record filing of your citizenship documents.

What Happens After You Submit?

Once your form is submitted, the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice will review your submission and documents.

If your submission is complete and all information is verified, your account will be activated and you will receive confirmation to the email address on file.

If additional information or documents are required, you will be contacted at your submitted email address. Please ensure the email you provide is active and monitored.

Record Filing Fee — What to Know

Citizens who have never previously filed with the AMJ Records Department will receive a $15.00 invoice prior to account activation. This is a one-time records filing fee and is non-refundable once paid.

The fee covers the official filing and record of your citizenship documents with the Xi-Amaru Republic.

Citizens who have previously filed with the Records Department are not subject to this fee.
