The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice (AMJ) is the official legal and administrative authority supporting the Xi-Amaru Republic, an Indigenous nation exercising its right to self-determination and governance. We administer Indigenous citizenship procedures, tribal screening, jurisdictional verification, and nation-building initiatives that restore lawful recognition, protect Indigenous rights, and support the development of a self-sustaining Indigenous government operating in the present day.
In addition to Indigenous governance services, AMJ also provides administrative assistance to Christian individuals and families seeking ARK Citizenship, a protective status framework designed to support faith-based families during periods of social, legal, and economic uncertainty.

We want to get to know you.
AMJ administers citizenship and national status procedures for the Xi-Amaru Republic, including screening, eligibility review, documentation, and jurisdictional compliance. Citizenship establishes a formal legal relationship between the individual and the nation and is recorded through official national systems.
AMJ provides administrative assistance to Christian individuals and families seeking ARK Citizenship, a protective citizenship pathway intended to support faith-based households seeking lawful alignment, documentation support, and jurisdictional clarity during times of systemic instability.
AMJ maintains verification systems and public records to confirm citizenship, jurisdictional status, certifications, and historical determinations. These systems protect Indigenous people, institutions, and the public by ensuring claims can be independently verified.

It is an essential service we provide to ensure the mobility of our tribal citizens and allow them to engage in regular activities, such as commuting to work or school.
Xi-Amaru Native Americans are entitled to seek exemption from vaccination mandates based on their cultural, religious, or personal beliefs under our nation’s laws and protections. This right acknowledges the importance of preserving traditional practices and respecting individual autonomy.
Indigenous jurisdiction today is exercised through real systems: documentation, verification, compliance, and administration. The Xi-Amaru Republic represents Indigenous self-determination in active operation. The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice exists to administer that jurisdiction with structure, integrity, and care for those it serves.
