Why Families Are Becoming Xi-Amaru Native Americans and What Tax Exemption Actually Means for Yours

There is a growing number of families who are looking for options — families who homeschool, homestead, run their own businesses, and raise their children by their own values. Families who want to make sure every decision they make is working as hard as possible for their household.

These families are finding the Xi-Amaru Republic. And what they are discovering is not just a tax benefit. They are finding a governing system that was built for them — on a foundation older and more enduring than any government statute.

THE RIGHT TO GOVERN STARTS WITH GOD

The Xi-Amaru Republic does not claim authority from a government grant or an international resolution. The right of a people to govern themselves originates with God.

Every nation that has ever exercised genuine governing authority has done so because God, as the ultimate sovereign over all peoples, established that right in the nature of humanity itself.

The Xi-Amaru Republic was founded on December 17, 2022, through divine instruction. We believe God preserved our people and restored what was taken from us. That is the foundation.

UNDRIP and ADRIP — the two major international instruments on Indigenous rights — do not grant this authority. They document and recognize it.

They are the acknowledgment by the international community that what God already established for Indigenous peoples is real, legitimate, and binding on the nations of the world.

When our citizens exercise their dual status and present their tax exemption documentation, they are exercising a right that God gave first and that human law confirms.

THE SYSTEM YOU PAID INTO IS NOT GUARANTEED

For generations, working families have been told to trust the system. Pay your taxes. Fund the programs. The safety net will be there when you need it.

Today, many families are asking questions they were never encouraged to ask before. What other options exist? What governing frameworks are available that most people have never been told about? What does it look like to have more than one system working on your behalf?

Those are not political questions. They are practical ones. And the answer is: there are additional lawful options available that can give your family more leverage, more protection, and more financial freedom.

The Xi-Amaru Republic is one of those options — and it operates on a foundation most people were never taught existed.

A GOVERNING SYSTEM BUILT AROUND PEOPLE, NOT PROFIT

The Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government was established to protect the right to self-determination. Through our system, citizens freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social, and cultural development. That freedom is not left to chance. It is structured, protected, and enforced by the government we have built.

Through dual status, Xi-Amaru Native Americans place their income under Xi-Amaru taxation authority. Taxation follows jurisdiction. Xi-Amaru jurisdiction is primary for our citizens — which means they have a lawful governing framework that operates alongside the broader U.S. system, giving them options and protections that most people never knew were available to them.

Because the Xi-Amaru Republic is in its pioneer stage, internal tax obligations to the Republic are not currently a requirement. Citizens pay for their services. That is enough. We do not ask anyone to give more than their family can manage.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE FOR A REAL FAMILY

Imagine a family where one or both adults are working in employment or running their own business. Like most families, they are looking for every lawful advantage available to protect what they have built and maximize what stays in their household.

As full Xi-Amaru Native Americans with dual status — each having completed their own individual citizenship process — each adult in that family presents their own Tax Exempt ID and AMJ NAE Status Verification Form to their employer. Each person’s income shifts under Xi-Amaru taxation authority individually. They keep more of what they earn, they build their household, and when they reach a place of abundance, they have the option to contribute back to the system that protected them.

Build your family first. Stabilize your household. Pour back into this system when you are fit to do so. That is what governance that serves the people actually looks like.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The Xi-Amaru Republic serves families who carry Indigenous lineage connected to the peoples of the Americas — including those whose lineage was disrupted or erased through historical misclassification and denationalization. It also serves Christian individuals and families who align with the Kingdom culture and governance values of the Xi-Amaru Republic, regardless of lineage.

You do not have to have grown up knowing you were Indigenous. You do not have to have documentation that colonial systems refused to maintain. And you do not have to have been born within the United States. If you reside within this territory and meet the qualifications of either citizenship pathway, Xi-Amaru jurisdiction is available to you — along with everything it protects.

Every governing system has the power to extend standing to people within its territory who meet its qualifications. The Xi-Amaru Republic exercises that same governing power. That is not a claim. That is the recognized authority of a self-governing Indigenous nation, confirmed in UNDRIP Article 33 and ADRIP Article I, and grounded first in God.

CITIZENSHIP IS CONFIRMATION OF WHO YOUR FAMILY ALREADY IS

The Xi-Amaru Republic does not ask families to become something new. We ask them to step into something that has always been theirs. When citizenship is complete, a person is formally recognized as a Xi-Amaru Native American. That designation carries legal standing under international law, official documentation, and the full protections of Xi-Amaru jurisdiction.

Whether your family is reclaiming its Indigenous heritage or aligning with a governing system whose values reflect your own, becoming a Xi-Amaru Native American is the formal recognition of that belonging. It comes with a government that will not ask you to give more than you have. One that protects what you have now, not just what you might have someday.

That is not a transaction. That is a nation. And that is what we are building.

HOW TO BEGIN

There are two citizenship pathways. Tribal Screening is the first step toward the Tribal Citizenship Procedure for individuals and families with Indigenous lineage connected to the peoples of the Americas. ARK Eligibility is the first step toward the ARK Citizenship Procedure for Christian individuals and families who align through faith and Kingdom culture.

Once the full Citizenship Procedure is complete, your official citizenship documentation is issued. At that point, dual status and the full protections of Xi-Amaru jurisdiction become available to you personally. Each individual must complete their own separate citizenship process. Citizenship is not transferable and does not automatically extend to family members. Every adult and child goes through their own eligibility review and Citizenship Procedure independently.
