New Monthly Orientation Program Announced: Introduction to the Xi-Amaru Republic

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, announces the launch of a new monthly Orientation Program: Introduction to the Xi-Amaru Republic, held on the second Tuesday of every month. This orientation program has been created to provide individuals at various stages of participation with a clear, structured understanding of the Xi-Amaru Republic, its governance, and the processes involved in engaging with the nation.

Purpose of the Orientation Program

The Orientation Program exists to support clarity, transparency, and responsible participation by introducing attendees to:
  • The identity and purpose of the Xi-Amaru Republic
  • Why the nation was established
  • Governance structure and administrative authority
  • The role of the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice
  • The difference between individuals in screening, Nationals, and Citizens
  • Participation rights, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Next steps after screening and orientation
This program is designed to ensure individuals understand how to move forward accurately and respectfully within the Xi-Amaru jurisdiction.

Who May Attend

Attendance is open to individuals who are in any of the following stages:
  • Individuals who have started the tribal screening process
  • Individuals who have completed tribal screening
  • Verified Citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic
All participants must RSVP and, where applicable, have a valid case number or member ID.

Program Format

  • Frequency: Monthly (Second Tuesday)
  • Host: Aboriginal Ministry of Justice
  • Format: Virtual (Google Meet)
  • Duration: Approximately 1–2 hours
  • Recording: Yes (official government record)
  • Entry Policy: 15-minute grace period after start time
Participants arriving after the grace period will not be admitted.
