Overview

On November 14, 2025, the Xi-Amaru Republic held a pivotal national meeting led by Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears, outlining critical decisions, new initiatives, and foundational steps for the nation’s 2026 expansion. Citizens and nationals voted on major measures that will increase transparency, strengthen community engagement, and enhance national security and administrative support.

Chief Xi-Amaru Fears’ Opening Remarks

Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears opened the meeting by reaffirming the nation’s commitment to dignified advancement and Indigenous restoration.

The Chief emphasized that the Xi-Amaru Republic continues to exercise inherent Indigenous rights to repair the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization, particularly following its separation from the previous tribal government structure in 2022.

The Chief reminded attendees that the growth and protection of the nation require active participation, discipline, and civic responsibility from every citizen.

2026 Public Transparency Mandate Approved

During the session, citizens and nationals voted to implement a public transparency policy beginning in 2026.

This mandate requires the Republic to:

  • Publish all final judgments
  • Publish all permanent removal decisions
  • Maintain public accountability for all actions involving citizenship status and jurisdictional determinations

Although several individuals—including Jason-Stephens Xi-Amaru:, Bill Wall, and Kenneth Houston—experienced technical challenges during the voting process, the measure passed successfully with 100% support, and will become part of the nation’s governance standards.

Launch of Monthly Community Service Program in January 2026

Attendees also approved a recurring monthly community service program, effective January 2026.

The initiative allows Xi-Amaru citizens and nationals to serve the nation through virtual and in-person volunteer projects within their local areas.

Chief Xi-Amaru Fears highlighted that community service reflects Indigenous cultural values of stewardship, unity, and contribution, all of which support nation-building and strengthen community relationships.

Nation-Building Through Skills, Support, and Giving

Chief Xi-Amaru Fears reaffirmed the importance of voluntary contributions, both financial and skill-based—as the primary means by which the Xi-Amaru Republic continues to expand its services and protect its people.

While a taxation system is not yet established, citizens were encouraged to:

  • Support nation-building through consistent giving

  • Offer professional skills to help strengthen departments

  • Participate in projects that advance national infrastructure

  • Recognize that voluntary contributions directly sustain tribal services, legal initiatives, and public safety measures

These contributions are especially crucial as more citizens exercise their Indigenous rights, including tax exemptions and jurisdictional protections.

Major 2026 Expansion: Introduction of the 24/7 Verification System

One of the most significant announcements of the meeting was the introduction of a 24/7 Verification Division, scheduled to launch in 2026. This new department will enhance national security, administrative support, and emergency responsiveness.

The 24/7 Verification System will provide:

  • Immediate verification of Xi-Amaru credentials during police encounters
  • Real-time confirmation of citizens’ tax-exempt status for employers
  • Incident reporting and same-day administrative support
  • Assistance with jurisdictional inquiries and legal protections
  • Strengthened oversight to prevent violations of citizens’ Indigenous rights

Chief Xi-Amaru Fears emphasized that this division will serve as a protective shield for citizens navigating U.S. systems and ensure accurate recognition of Xi-Amaru governmental authority.

Community Introductions and Citizen Insights

The meeting also featured a formal introduction from Dr. Danita Morales Ramos, who shared their background in holistic health and wellness, offering valuable insight as the nation develops more culturally grounded health initiatives.

Additionally, Roger Ragland addressed a growing need for enhanced education on how citizens should operate within the Xi-Amaru jurisdiction. His comments highlighted the importance of ongoing civic training and clear communication as the nation grows.

Moving Forward With Strength and Purpose

The meeting concluded with Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears calling citizens to remain disciplined, united, and purpose-driven as the Xi-Amaru Republic prepares for significant administrative growth in 2026.

With newly approved transparency measures, a national community service program, and the expansion of essential verification services, the Xi-Amaru Republic continues to strengthen its sovereignty, infrastructure, and support systems—ensuring long-term protection and prosperity for future generations.
