📢 AMJ Services Now Operating Under New Processing Timeframes (Tribal Screening Process)
Effective Immediately, the Xi-Amaru Republic, through the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice (AMJ), has implemented new processing timeframes for tribal screening services and document submissions.
As our nation continues to grow and strengthen its administrative infrastructure, these adjustments are necessary to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of each applicant.
This shift reflects our commitment to providing fair and timely service while adapting to the increasing demand for tribal verification and jurisdictional services.
🔍 Why the Change?
The AMJ has seen a significant rise in service requests as more individuals seek to clarify their Indigenous identity and engage with the Xi-Amaru Republic.
In response, our administration has revised its operational timelines to meet this demand with enhanced structure and security.
These updated timeframes will also support staff coordination, better case management, and national recordkeeping efforts.
⏳ New Processing Timeframes
- Digital Submissions (No hard copy; digital results only): 📎 New timeframe: 20–30 business days (Previously 5–10 business days)
- Request for Physical Hardcopy of Screening Certificate: 📬 New timeframe: 10–15 business days from date of receipt (Previous 5 -10 business days)
📝 What Applicants Should Know
All individuals currently in process or planning to submit a request are encouraged to send their documents early to ensure timely review.
These changes apply to all new and pending submissions unless otherwise stated by the administration.
We understand that changes in processing time may affect some planning efforts, and we are committed to maintaining transparency throughout this adjustment.
Every applicant remains a valued part of our national development, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
