Public Notice: Xi-Amaru Republic Begins Enforcement of Temporary Status Expiration Policy

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice hereby issues this statement as a formal public notice regarding the enforcement of existing policies and protocols governing temporary national status within the Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government.

This announcement serves as the first public communication to inform the community that the government has commenced formal enforcement actions in cases where individuals have not moved forward within the required timeframe to secure continued jurisdictional standing.

Enforcement of Temporary Status Timeframes

All individuals who successfully complete tribal screening and are recognized as temporary nationals are issued a certificate of recognition that includes a clearly defined 14-month timeframe to initiate the formal citizenship procedure.

This timeframe is established policy and forms part of the official terms of recognition.

Failure to initiate the citizenship procedure within this period results in:

  • Automatic expiration of temporary national status
  • Termination of jurisdictional recognition
  • Cessation of any associated rights or benefits
  • Initiation of the formal removal process

Removal Communications Now Being Issued

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice has begun distributing official notices to individuals whose temporary status has expired and who did not move forward within the required timeframe.

These communications confirm that:

  • Temporary status is no longer active
  • Jurisdictional standing has ended
  • The removal process has been initiated
  • A final judgment will be issued and recorded upon completion

Follow-up notices will be transmitted once each case reaches final administrative and jurisdictional resolution.

Purpose of This Public Notice

This public notice is issued to:

  • Maintain transparency in government operations
  • Ensure accurate public understanding of jurisdictional standards
  • Protect the integrity of the national registry
  • Uphold lawful administrative procedures
  • Affirm the Xi-Amaru Republic’s authority in matters of recognition and jurisdiction

These actions reflect enforcement of established policy, not the creation of new requirements.

Reminder to Current Temporary Nationals

All individuals currently holding temporary national status are reminded:

You have 14 months from the issuance date of your certificate to initiate the citizenship procedure.

Failure to act within this timeframe will result in automatic expiration and removal from jurisdiction in accordance with government protocol.
