AMJ Update: Thank You for Your Patience as We Work Through Temporary Processing Delays

Aboriginal Ministry of Justice (AMJ) would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all individuals with active services for your continued patience and understanding during this time.

Due to several important national updates currently underway, our team has experienced a temporary delay in processing certain requests and services. While some submissions may have passed their original estimated timeframe, please be assured that all applications and inquiries remain active and are still being carefully processed.

In addition, recent weather conditions have affected operations and temporarily reduced staff availability, which has contributed to slower turnaround times. Despite these challenges, our team remains fully committed to maintaining progress and continuity of service.

We anticipate a steady recovery over the next couple of weeks and expect to begin improving processing timeframes within the next few days. Updates will continue to be shared as improvements are implemented.

If you have specific questions or would like to notify us regarding your submission, you are welcome to contact our team by email. While responses may take slightly longer than usual, all messages are being received and logged.

We deeply appreciate your patience, trust, and cooperation as we continue building and strengthening our systems in service to the nation.
