All Accounts Have Been Reset: Important Update for Those in Our Jurisdiction

All Accounts Have Been Reset

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our digital infrastructure and better serve those within our jurisdiction, all accounts have now been deleted.

This action was intentional and necessary to ensure a secure, accurate, and organized system moving forward.

Why This Was Done

The account reset allows us to:

  • Clearly identify who is actively within our jurisdiction
  • Maintain accurate records and census data
  • Improve security and access control
  • Provide a better, more organized experience for our people

Moving forward, accounts will function as the central space for:

  • National news and announcements
  • Jurisdictional updates
  • Access points to secure portals (when applicable)

If You Are in Our Jurisdiction

If you are already within the jurisdiction of the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, you may request a new account by completing the official account creation form.

What to Do Next

  1. Submit Ticket on Contact Us Page
  2. Our team will verify your information
  3. Your account will be created and activated

⏳ Please allow 1–3 business days for verification and activation.

If You Are Not in Our Jurisdiction

If you are not currently within our jurisdiction, no action is required at this time. Public account creation is closed, and accounts are issued only after a process has been initiated.

Need Help or Have Questions?

Please use our official contact or inquiry channels listed on our website. To protect security and accuracy, individual account requests are not handled through social media or informal messages.

We Appreciate Your Patience

We understand that system changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your cooperation as we continue building a more secure, organized, and supportive digital environment for our nation.
