What to Expect After Your Xi-Amaru Republic Citizenship Is Approved
Receiving your official Xi-Amaru Republic citizenship documents is a significant milestone. Whether you completed the Tribal Citizenship Procedure or the ARK Citizenship Procedure, your approval marks the beginning of your full participation in the Xi-Amaru Republic.
This article walks you through exactly what happens next — what documents you receive, what they mean, and what you are required to do after receiving them.
What You Receive Upon Citizenship Approval
When the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice approves your citizenship application and prepares your documents, you will receive a package containing the following official items:
Citizenship Certificate
Your Citizenship Certificate is the primary document establishing your status as a full citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic. It includes your citizenship approval date, your legal name, and official AMJ seal and signatures.
The front side of this certificate is required when activating your AMJ member account. Keep it in a safe location — a physical copy can be requested for an additional fee if your digital copy is lost.
Member ID
Your Member ID is your unique identifier within the Xi-Amaru Republic national records system.
Your Member ID number is required to activate your account and will be referenced in official AMJ communications. Do not share this number with anyone outside the AMJ.
(Adults ONLY) Tax Exempt ID
Your Tax Exempt ID establishes your status as a Xi-Amaru Native American for purposes of tax exemption through employment.
This document can be presented to your employer alongside a completed IRS Form W-4 claiming exempt status.
Tax exemption through employment is available only to full citizens — not nationals with temporary status.
Your First Priority: Activate Your AMJ Member Account
Once you have received your citizenship documents, your first required action is to activate your official AMJ member account. This must be done through the citizen account activation form on the AMJ website.
Account activation is what establishes your official presence in the Xi-Amaru Republic digital records system. It allows the AMJ to maintain accurate, current records tied to your citizenship and is required before accessing certain citizen services and benefits.
What You Need to Activate Your Account
- Your Citizenship Certificate (front side)
- Your Member ID document
- Your Tax Exempt ID document
- Your Member ID number and Tax Exempt ID number
- Your citizenship approval date
- Your current mailing address and active email
- A clear, current headshot photo of yourself
The Records Filing Fee
If this is your first time filing with the AMJ Records Department, you will receive a $15.00 invoice to your client portal before your account can be activated.
This is a one-time fee covering the official filing of your citizenship documents with the Records Department. It is non-refundable once paid.

Understanding Your 14-Month Window
If you received a positive determination through Tribal Screening or ARK Eligibility but have not yet completed the full Citizenship Procedure, you have 14 months from the date of your determination to do so.
Failure to initiate the Citizenship Procedure within this window results in a default administrative judgment of removal. You would then be required to wait 5 years before requesting reconsideration.
If you have already completed the full Citizenship Procedure and received your citizenship documents, this 14-month window no longer applies to you. You are a full citizen.

Frequently Asked Questions
I received my documents but have not activated my account yet. Is there a deadline?
There is no stated expiration on account activation, but it is strongly encouraged to activate your account immediately upon receiving your documents. Delaying activation may affect your access to citizen services.
Can I activate my account if I only have national status, not full citizenship?
No. Account activation is available exclusively to full Xi-Amaru Republic citizens who have received their official citizenship documents. Nationals with temporary status must complete the full Citizenship Procedure first.
What if I lost one of my documents?
