Tribal Tax-Exempt Business Registration for Xi-Amaru Native Americans
Start a Tribal Business Under Indigenous Jurisdiction
The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice administers a formal tribal business registration service that allows individuals to establish a business entity under the jurisdiction of the Xi-Amaru Republic, an autonomous Indigenous nation recognized under international law through ADRIP and UNDRIP.
This is not a conventional state-based business registration. When you establish your entity within the Xi-Amaru Republic you are operating under an Indigenous governing system that recognizes your right to self-determination.
Your business is governed by tribal law, not standard state corporate codes. It is not required to be registered with the U.S. Secretary of State.
You gain access to alternative frameworks for governance, contracts, and internal regulation. This creates flexibility in how your business is built, scaled, and protected.
Who Is This Available To?
Tribal business registration through the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice is available to two groups of people.
Xi-Amaru Native Americans
Individuals who have completed the full Citizenship Procedure and hold active citizenship within the Xi-Amaru Republic may access tribal business registration. It is available as an add-on during the Citizenship Procedure or as a standalone service after citizenship has been granted.
Non-Citizens
Individuals who are not yet citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic may also access tribal business registration as a standalone service. Non-citizens access this service at a different fee structure reflecting their standing outside of the citizenship framework.
This service is available to those who are present within the United States and wish to operate a business entity under Indigenous jurisdiction.
What You Receive
Every tribal business registration includes a complete package of official documentation prepared and issued by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice.
Official Tribal Business Formation: your entity is formally established as a recognized business within the Xi-Amaru Republic jurisdiction.
You receive the Article of Organization of Tribal Unincorporated Association confirming your entity’s recognition within this jurisdiction.
U.S. Tax Exemption Certificate: an official Tribal Certificate of Tax Exemption documenting your entity’s exempt status. This certificate is valid for three years from the date of issuance and is renewed through the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice.
EIN Record: the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice assists you in obtaining your Employer Identification Number from the Internal Revenue Service. The EIN record confirms that the IRS has been formally notified of the creation of your tribal entity within the Xi-Amaru Republic jurisdiction. This is your official record establishing that administrative notice has been given to the IRS.
IRS Form 56 Filing: Starting 05/26/2026 the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice prepares and files your initial IRS Form 56. This is the formal notice to the IRS of your jurisdictional alignment. It notifies the IRS of where authority and responsibility for the entity is held. This initial filing is included in the service. Ongoing annual Form 56 filings are your responsibility to maintain.
Documentation to Open a Business Bank Account: official Meeting Minutes documentation prepared for use in the bank account opening process.
Education and Guidance: the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice walks you through how your jurisdiction works, what your responsibilities are, and how to maintain your standing. Upon completion of the service you have the option to schedule a 60-minute virtual session with a Tribal Representative to review your documentation and receive guidance on maximizing the benefits of your service.
All documents are stamped with the Xi-Amaru Republic official stamp, embossed, and mailed to you as a complete package.
Your Ongoing Responsibility
The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice establishes your foundation. You are responsible for maintaining it. After setup you must file IRS Form 56 each year to stay in good standing, maintain your business records, and keep your entity compliant within the Xi-Amaru Republic framework. We establish the entity. You maintain it.
How This Differs From Conventional Business Registration
A conventional U.S. business registration is filed with and governed by the state or county in which you operate. A tribal business registration is filed with and governed by the Xi-Amaru Republic. Your entity is governed by tribal law.
Certain administrative burdens and classifications that apply in the conventional state-based framework may not apply in the same way within this jurisdiction.
How outside institutions, vendors, and financial entities interact with your tribal documentation varies and you are encouraged to present your documentation and work directly with each party.
