Account Deletion in Progress: Access Requests Open, Activation Begins January 13

What to Expect

  • Between now and Monday, all existing accounts will be deleted
  • This process is intentional and part of our transition to a new account system

Requesting Access

You may begin requesting access during this period by following the instructions provided on our website Contact Us Page. However, please note:

  • New accounts will not be created or activated until January 13th
  •  All access requests submitted before that date will be held for review and processed once activation begins

Why This Is Important

This brief pause allows us to:

  • Complete the reset properly
  • Verify requests accurately
  • Ensure a smoother and more secure experience moving forward

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this transition.

Thank you for your cooperation and for being part of our growing community.

Sincerely,

Aboriginal Ministry of Justice Team
