When Truth Is Targeted: The Birth of the Xi-Amaru Republic
How Defamation, Hostile Acts, and Discernment Led to the Independence of the Xi-Amaru Republic
Not every nation forms through peace or applause.
Instead, some emerge when truth becomes inconvenient.
Others arise when leadership refuses corruption.
Still others form when people must be protected from those who turn against them.
The Xi-Amaru Republic was born under such conditions.
The Early Effort to Address Genocide and Denationalization
Before independence, many Indigenous people seeking restoration of identity and protection from historic genocide worked within the Aboriginal Republic of North America (ARNA), also known as the Xi-Amaru Tribal Government.
At the time, ARNA appeared to be one of the first Indigenous political systems attempting to confront mass misclassification and legal erasure across the Americas.
As a result, the effort initially brought hope.
People organized.
They studied Indigenous law.
They believed reform remained possible within that structure.
October 2021: When Everything Changed
However, by October 2021, it became clear that leadership within ARNA—under Chief Ali Muhammad (Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali)—had begun acting against the very people it claimed to protect.
At that moment,
was not a chief, nor was she pursuing separation.
Instead, she acted as an advocate who recognized early warning signs.
Consequently, she independence and leadership accountability from within the existing framework.
She even expressed willingness to run in future elections, believing restoration remained possible.
Nevertheless, that moment marked a permanent turning point.
From Accountability to Defamation
Rather than allowing transparent governance to proceed, leadership responded with defamation.
False narratives circulated.
Authority structures were misrepresented.
Documents were altered to undermine credibility and control the story.
As a result, matters that should have been resolved through governance escalated into open hostility.
From the perspective of the Xi-Amaru Republic, individuals who participated in falsification and active undermining are now recognized as actors against the nation, not neutral participants.
How Hostile Acts Destroyed Community Organization
Defamation damages more than reputations.
More importantly, it destroys infrastructure.
As hostility escalated:
- Trust collapsed.
- Participation declined.
- People withdrew for safety.
- Community operations permanently closed
Instead of focusing on restoration and development, energy shifted toward defending against misrepresentation.
Eventually, remaining within that structure would have meant accepting harm as normal.
Independence as a Necessary Act of Protection
Independence was not emotional.
It was not retaliatory.
Instead, it was protective.
Once it became clear that internal correction was no longer possible—and that hostile acts were being normalized—separation became the only lawful option.
On December 17, 2022, the Xi-Amaru Republic was formally declared.
At that time, Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears assumed her role as Founding Mother and Chief.
This act dissolved political allegiance to ARNA and established a new jurisdiction grounded in Natural Law, accountability, and the protection of the people.
The Stability That Followed Independence
Once independence was established, something remarkable occurred.
- Peace returned
- Structure stabilized
- Trust rebuilt
- The people could breathe again
Because defamation was no longer tolerated and accountability became enforceable, Indigenous governance finally functioned as intended.
What once faced destruction instead became refined.
From Fire to Foundation
The Xi-Amaru Republic did not form because circumstances were easy.
Rather, it formed because continuing would have meant harm.
Defamation became discernment.
Hostility became clarity.
Breakdown became foundation.
What attempted to silence truth instead gave rise to a nation built on structure, protection, and purpose.
This is not a story of division.
It is a story of responsibility.
And it is the true history of how the Xi-Amaru Republic came to be.
FAQ
Most frequent questions and answers
The Xi-Amaru Republic became independent after it became clear that leadership within ARNA, under the authority of the Chief of ARNA Ali Muhammad, also known as Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali, was no longer acting in the interests of the people.
As defamation escalated, lawful remedies failed, and community organization became unsafe, independence became the only responsible path to protect the people and establish a jurisdiction rooted in accountability and Natural Law.
In October 2021, Nnakina Xi-Amaru observed that leadership within ARNA was beginning to turn against the people it was meant to serve. In response, she lawfully expressed that she was considering running in future ARNA elections whenever they were to arise as a means of restoring accountability from within the system.
After this was expressed, defamation began. False narratives were circulated, the community was destabilized, and actions were taken that undermined lawful political process rather than allowing it to proceed.
Individuals who actively turned against the people, participated in defamation, or contributed to the creation or use of falsified or misrepresented documents against Chief Xi-Amaru Fears, Aboriginal Ministry of Justice or the Xi-Amaru Republic are not recognized as acting in good faith.
From the perspective of the Xi-Amaru Republic, such actions constitute hostile conduct toward the state, as they directly undermined the safety, sovereignty, and lawful development of the nation.
These individuals are not recognized as representatives, affiliates, or participants within Xi-Amaru jurisdiction and therefore enemy of the state.
This is a jurisdictional and legal determination, not a personal characterization.
ARNA Nationals are individuals who remain recognized under the Aboriginal Republic of North America, which continues to operate independently under its own leadership.
ARNA Nationals are not connected to, affiliated with, or governed by the Xi-Amaru Republic, and the Xi-Amaru Republic does not claim jurisdiction over ARNA Nationals
The Xi-Amaru Republic was formally established on December 17, 2022. Following sustained defamation, the collapse of internal remedies, and actions taken against the people that could no longer be corrected within ARNA, Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears became the Founding Mother and Chief of the Xi-Amaru Republic and led the formation of a separate Indigenous jurisdiction.
Defamation and the use of falsified or misrepresented documents caused severe harm to community organization. Trust was broken, participation declined, and lawful organizing became unsafe. Rather than resolving disputes through transparent governance or elections, misinformation was used as a tool to suppress accountability and silence dissent.
These conditions made continued development within the prior structure impossible
After independence, the Xi-Amaru Republic restored stability, clarity of jurisdiction, and lawful governance. Community organization resumed in an environment where defamation is not tolerated, leadership is accountable, and the people are protected under a system designed to serve their collective interests.
