Xi-Amaru Republic Declaration of Independence

Independence Day - December 17th, 2022

Saturday, December 17, 2022, marked a new beginning for free and independent nation, The Xi-Amaru Republic.

After countless appeals to their former nation, The Aboriginal Republic of North America (ARNA), and petitioning Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali Muhammad, to no avail, the nation has moved to establish their own independence; absolving all allegiances and ties, including connections, to The Indigenous Political Authority (IPA).

While this motion should come as no surprise to ARNA and IPA, it is a history-making new dawn for those Aboriginal Indigenous people disenfranchised by a nation that should have been exemplary, in thought and action, of a “home”.

Despite the necessity to separate as its own entity, The Xi-Amaru Republic Independence Day was, by no means, a day of sorrow and discontent. It was a day of LIBERATION, CELEBRATION, and UNITY!

When asked to share their experiences, words such as “powerful” and “unifying” were used. One member even expressed, “I thought it was a very well executed event…something to feel proud about.” Each account kept a consistent spirit of gladness, and an optimistic outlook on the annus mirabilis to come.

A Republic based on providing for the collective interests of our people; we are on the precipice of creating something great! -AnkhSatetAmun Xi-Amaru NabiSentAmun

Xi-Amaru Republic

Declaration of Independence

We, The Aboriginal People (The People) Of The Americas, Accept As A Fact And Affirm That Natural Law Is The Highest Of All Laws

  • That All Cultures And Ethnicities Have The Right To Govern Themselves Autonomously, According To Their Cultural Rites And Traditions, In Accordance With Natural Law; And That Women And Men Are Endowed With Certain Capabilities By Their Creators, Equal In All Societal Matters And Should Be Regarded As Partners In All Things.
  • That Liberty Consists In Being Afforded The Ability To Do And Say Anything That Does Not Cause Harm To Others; Thus, The Exercise Of The Natural Rights Of Every Person Has No Bounds, Other Than To Ensure To The Other Members Of Society The Enjoyment Of These Same Rights, Without Restriction Or Fear Of Reprisal.  These Bounds May Be Determined Only By Law.
  • That The Law Has The Right To Forbid Only Those Actions That Are Injurious To Society, As Determined By ‘The People’, In Due Legislative Process.
  • That It Is Incumbent On ‘The People’ To Establish, Maintain, Assess And Revise A Government That Is Owned By, And Accountable To, ‘The People’, In Order To Secure These Aforementioned Facts; As Well As, Other Inalienable Rights Endowed By Natural Law, Including (But Not Limited To) Life, Liberty, Privacy, Personal Well Being And Resistance To Oppression.”
  • That It Is The Right Of ‘The People‘ To Abolish, Or Suppress, The Powers Of Said Government, And To Institute New Government, On Such Tenets And Principles In The Manner And Structure That To Them Shall Be Agreed To Most Appropriately And Entirely Effect Their Safety And Well Being.
  • That Not Without Exhaustive Discourse, Resolute Effort, Persistence And Demonstrative Commitment To Repair And Resolve The Flaws And Failures Of The Established Government, Shall ‘The People‘ Move To Suppress The Power, Or Abolish The Established Government; And Never For Superfluous, Transient Or Trivial Matters.  But When A Lengthy And/Or Severe History Of Abuses, Injuries And Usurpations Manifests, A Dynamic That Reduces ‘The People’ To Voiceless, Ineffectual Or Otherwise Powerless Despots; Or The Victims Of Tyranny, Dictatorship Or Enslavement; It Is Their Right, It Is Their Obligation, It Is Their Commission And Charge, To Abandon That Government, And All Of Its Powers And Authorities, And To Establish And Provide New Warrants, Wardens And Custodians For Their Future Security

That Such Has Been The Persistent And Ardent Sufferance Of ‘The People‘ Under The Government Of The Aboriginal Republic Of North America (ARNA) And Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali Muhammad.

  • That He Has Refused His Assent To Laws That Are Most Essential And Conducive For The Well-Being Of ‘The People’, And Necessary For The Public Good.
  • That He Has Advocated And Perpetuated Laws That Infringe On The Rights Of ‘The People’ By Natural Law.
  • That He Has Failed To Protect The Rights Of ‘The People’; And Instead, Has Made Laws To Disguise Them As Privileges To Oppress Others.
  • That He Has Used Public Revenue (Taxes) For Personal Income.
  • That He Has Refused To Cause Others To Be Elected; Whereby The Legislative Powers, Inviolable And Immune To Dissolution, Destruction Or Annihilation, Have Returned To ‘The People’ At Large For Their Exercise And Control.
  • That He Has Refused To Enact Necessary Provisions For The Progression Of Our Nation And Its Current Citizens, To Help Legitimize Our Status As An Independent Aboriginal Government, When Interfacing With The Government And Authorities Of The United States Of America.
  • That He Has Facilitated Mock Elections; Restricting Voting Access And Participation For Those Who Would Oppose Him.
page 4 - Xi-Amaru Republic declaration
  • That He Has Caused Citizenship Status Of ARNA Nationals To Be Diminished Or Removed, For Not Submitting To Rites Of Passage Imposed By Him, Without Consent Of ‘The People’, Without Proper Legislation, And With Extreme And Unjust Prejudice Towards Those Favoring Islamic, And His Personal Beliefs.
  • That He Has Removed The Right To Vote From ARNA Nationals For Unjust Causes, Who Have Committed No Crimes And No Violations Of The Constitution Of The Aboriginal Republic Of North America; And Without Due Process Of Law.
  • That He Has Appointed Officials And Made Jurists Dependent On His Will Alone, For The Tenure Of Their Offices.
  • That He Has Violated, And Allowed Others To Violate, The Tenets Of The Constitution Of The Aboriginal Republic Of North America,To Serve Personal Interests And Agendas, All In The Absence Of Any Legislative Process, Or Due Legal Process.
  • That He Has Ignored The Voice And The Will Of ‘The People’ On Matters That Affect Their Rights, Privileges And Benefits, As Nationals Of The Aboriginal Republic Of North America, And Has Treated Any Opposition To His Personal Views, With Reprisal And/Or Fear Of Reprisal.
  • That He Has Instigated And Perpetuated The Spread Of A False Narrative That The Aboriginal Republic Of North America (ARNA) And The Indigenous Political Authority (IPA) Are The Only Legitimate Options For Remedying The Genocide And Denationalization Of Misnomered “Black” People, And That There Exists No Other Alternatives; Allowing Him To Maintain A Tyrannical Stronghold On The True Power Of Indigenous/Aboriginal People To Nationalize, And To Choose Their Own Government(s).
  • That He Has Placed “His Law” Above Natural Law (By Continuingly Violating The Legislative Process), And Attempted To Diminish Natural Law To A Role That Is Subject To His Personal Beliefs And Bigoted Morality; Ignoring The FACT That Natural Law Governs All That Exists, And Nothing Exists In Nature That Is Not Governed By Natural Law. Nature Governs BOTH Positive And Negative, Progressive And Regressive, Benevolent And Malevolent, Seen And Unseen, “Good” And “Evil”, Right And Wrong, Etc; And That All Things Are Subjective.  What Is “Good For The People” Is “Good”, What Is Progressive For ‘The People’ Is “Progressive”, What Is “Right” For ‘The People‘ Is “Right”, Etc.  It Is ‘The People’, As A Collective, Who Must Decide For The Individual Members Of Society What Is Lawful In Their Society.  An Individual Who Decides For ‘The People’ What Is Right For ‘The People’, As A Collective, Is Tyranny.  Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali Muhammad Has Proved Himself A Tyrant.
  • That He Has Granted Naturalization To Foreigners That Are Neither Aboriginal, Nor Indigenous, To The Americas By Birth Or Genealogy, In Violation Of The Constitution Of The Aboriginal Republic Of North America.
  • That In Resemblance To The Oppressive Tyrants Of Many Nations Throughout Human History, He Has Excited Insurrections Among ‘The People’, And Has Endeavored To Cause Division And Chaos Between Those Who Support His Tyranny And Those Who Are In Opposition To It.
page 5 - Xi-Amaru Republic declaration
  • That He Has Perpetuated A Narrative Of Hate And Has Advocated The Violation Of Civil Rights Against Current Citizens And Potential Citizens, (Who Would Be Otherwise Qualified Based On Genealogy), Based On Gender, Creed, Religion And Sexual Orientation.

We Have Petitioned Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali Muhammad For Remedy And Relief On Countless Occasions, And On The Most Humble Terms.  Our Constant And Repeated Appeals Have Been Answered Only By Repeated Indifference And Injury.  A Chief Whose Character Is Marked By Every Act Which Defines A Tyrant, Is Unfit To Be The Ruler Of A Free People.  A Chief Who, By All Actions And Expressions, Defines A Bigot, Is Unfit To Be The Ruler Of A People Of Natural Law.

We Have Appealed To Our Fellow Tribal Citizens, And Invoked Them By The Ties Of Our Common Kindred, To Disavow These Usurpations, Which Would Inevitably Interrupt Our Solidarity, As Well As Our Fellowship And Correspondence.  We Have Reminded Them Of The Purposes Of Our Naturalization And Nationalization; In An Effort To Reclaim Our Identities And The Protections Of Our Rights By Natural Law, That Continue To Be Violated By Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali Muhammad And His Regime.  They, Too, Have Been Deaf And Dispassionate To The Voice Of Justice, And Unmoved By Consanguinity.  We MustTherefore, Reluctantly, Defer To The Necessity Of Our Separation.

We, Therefore, The Representatives Of The Xi-Amaru Republic, In A General Assembly, Appealing To The Supreme Judges Of The Universe In Accordance With Natural Law For The Righteousness Of Our Intentions, Do In The Name, And By Authority Of The Liberated People Of The Xi Tribe Of The Americas, Solemnly Assert, Publish And Declare Our Right To Be A Free And Independent Nation, Absolved From All Allegiances With The Aboriginal Republic Of North America (ARNA), The Indigenous Political Authority (IPA), And All Other Affiliates, Successors, Aliases, Assigns And Otherwise Known Identities, And That All Political Connection Between Them And The Xi-Amaru Republic Is, And Ought To Be, Totally Dissolved; And That As A Free And Independent Nation Of People, We (The Xi-Amaru Republic) Have Full Power To Levy War, Conclude Peace, Contract Alliances, Establish Commerce, And To Do All Other Acts And Things Which Independent Nations May, By Right, Do.

Frequently Asked Questions

Jus Soli is a Latin term that means “right of soil.”
Under this system, the right of citizenship is acquired from being born in a particular country, regardless of the nationality of your parents.
This plays a major role in the lawful reason Europeans descendants were able to create governmental systems in the Americas. This concept is largely exclusive to the Western Hemisphere.

Jus Sanguinis is the Latin term meaning “right of blood.” This is the right of citizenship to the country your parents are citizens of. Regardless of where you were born, you have the right to citizenship in your parent’s’ country. In some cases, you can even qualify for citizenship from someone in your bloodline from previous generations beforehand. For example, a great-great-grandmother could be enough of a blood relative to qualify a current generation individual for citizenship.
This is why when a person is completing their genealogy background check questionnaire they are ask questions about their grandparents.

No. This service is to confirm if you are a person who experience genocide in America during the colonization in America.

No, although we do narrow down tribe(s) your lineage is connected to.

If findings are confirm, that you have indigenous ties and are connected to indigenous people who experience genocide and denationalization in the Americas, then you can move forward with tribal enrollment to address your nationality back to Indigenous American.
