Grounds for Action: Jaguar submitted a formal request asserting that he was not made aware of the transition from ARNA. Following this assertion, he requested a refund, alleging unauthorized and fraudulent use of ARNA’s official seal. It is noted that his children’s documentation had already been fully updated in accordance with the completed transition, prior to the submission of his request.
An administrative review was conducted to evaluate the claim. The review confirmed that all procedural requirements for the transition were completed in accordance with governing policies, verification of documentation. He was aware of the separation from ARNA and knew documentation was temporarily used during that transition, but it was discovered due to connection with Joshua R. and others connected to ARNA he created these allegations to create defamation against the Xi-Amaru Republic.
In addition he requested a refund even though he was approved for multiple special request orders and remained in possession of tribal licenses and other tribal documents for more than 5months.
Jaguar’s requests for refund was denied. The denial is based on the following grounds:
We have a no refund policy and documentation had already been provided.
More than one year had elapsed since the alleged issue was raised, rendering the claim untimely.
Jaguar’s refund request constituted a direct violation of the nation’s no-refund policy, as outlined in the governing regulations.
As a result of these findings, and in accordance with governing policy, Jaguar is permanently prohibited and banned from the jurisdiction. This decision applies to himself and his minor children, and all relevant records reflect this permanent prohibition.

During the administrative review process, it was determined that Iriana’s beliefs, and affiliations are aligned with or affiliation with witchcraft-related practices. Such practices are materially inconsistent with, and in direct conflict with, the nation’s established spiritual doctrines, ethical standards, and eligibility requirements for continued jurisdictional affiliation. It was also discovered that she had connections with Joshua R. who directly conspired against the Xi-Amaru Republic to defame our nation after layoff.
In addition to her request for removal, Iriana submitted a request for reimbursement. This request was evaluated and denied, which constituted a direct violation of the nation’s no-refund policy, which is expressly outlined in the governing regulations of the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice. Iriana is permanently prohibited and banned from the jurisdiction. This prohibition includes, participation, representation, claims, benefits, or any form of future engagement within the nation.
