Tribal Screening Process

Are you interested in discovering whether you qualify for adjustment of status to Indigenous/Native American? If so, our tribal screening process can assist, which is the first step to becoming a national of the Xi-Amaru Republic.

Our nation is committed to preserving our culture, traditions, and history, and we welcome individuals who meet our eligibility criteria to join us. Our screening process is designed to determine whether you meet the requirements for membership in our tribe.

Personal

Citizenship Procedure

Once becoming a national of the Xi-Amaru Republic also known as an unofficial tribal member, through our tribal screening process, you can move forward with becoming a citizen of the nation.

The tribal enrollment process includes comprehensive nationalization services for both children and adults. Our mission is to help individuals who have experienced denationalization as a result of past atrocities such as genocide, to regain a proper nationality and move forward as Indigenous/Native Americans.

Tribal Credentials

Tribal credentials refer to tribal IDs that are government-issued identification cards that are designed for our nation, the Xi-Amaru Republic. Tribal IDs are used for a variety of purposes, such as voting in tribal elections, accessing tribal services, and proving one’s identity when traveling and more.

These forms of identification are recognized by state and federal agencies, and they also help to promote understanding and recognition of tribal sovereignty and self-determination.

Birth Reporting Procedure

Our Birth Reporting Procedure is a vital service for Xi-Amaru Native American families to officially record the birth of children born into our nation.

This process ensures that every child is recognized as a citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic, granting them the rights and protections of our community from the very beginning of their lives. **tribal screening and citizenship procedure not required**.

We guide parents through the steps required to submit the necessary documentation, ensuring the birth is properly registered and entered into our national records.

By providing this service, we help secure your child’s legal status within our nation and preserve their connection to our cultural heritage.

Tax Exemption Letter Request

Designed to assist Xi-Amaru Native Americans in obtaining formal documentation to present to employers, institutions, or other agencies.

This service is essential if your tax exemption has been denied without proper reason or if additional documentation is being requested for further verification. We provide a professionally issued letter that clearly outlines your eligibility for tax exemption under the Xi-Amaru Republic’s laws and treaties.

This letter can be used to resolve disputes or fulfill documentation requirements, ensuring your tax-exempt status is recognized and your legal and financial rights are upheld.

Vaccination Exemption Letter Request

Provides Xi-Amaru Native Americans with official documentation to support their request for exemption from vaccination requirements.

This letter outlines the basis for the exemption in accordance with the Xi-Amaru Republic’s policies and guidelines.

It is intended for use when individuals seek to address vaccination mandates imposed by external institutions or agencies, ensuring their right to an exemption is formally recognized.

By issuing this letter, we help uphold personal and cultural beliefs while navigating legal and institutional requirements.

Legal Affairs

Jurisdiction Case Transfer Process

This process is available to Xi-Amaru Native Americans who find themselves facing legal action in an external court that should rightfully be handled by our court or tribal council.

In certain circumstances, this service allows for the transfer of such cases to the appropriate jurisdiction within the Xi-Amaru Republic.

We assist in reviewing the case details, determining eligibility for transfer, and facilitating the legal process to move the case to our court or tribal council.

This process ensures that the case is adjudicated in accordance with our laws and cultural practices, safeguarding the rights and interests of Xi-Amaru citizens.

Legal Affairs

Report Case Procedure

Our Case Reporting Service allows Xi-Amaru tribal members and other jurisdictions to notify us of legal or procedural cases that have been initiated or are in progress involving Xi-Amaru Native Americans.

By reporting these cases to us, we will review the situation for potential intervention on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic.

While intervention is not guaranteed, our team will carefully assess the case to determine if and how we can assist in protecting the rights and interests of our citizens.

This service is part of our commitment to providing support in legal matters that may impact our community across various jurisdictions.

Estate and Management Services

Are offered to citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic to help manage and protect their assets, both during their lifetime and for future generations.

These services include assistance with estate planning, will preparation, trust management, and the distribution of assets according to the wishes of the individual.

We provide guidance to ensure that your estate is handled in compliance with Xi-Amaru laws and cultural traditions, offering peace of mind that your legacy will be preserved and passed on as you intend.

Our goal is to support our citizens in making informed decisions about their assets, ensuring their family’s well-being and the continuity of their heritage within our nation.

Finance

Tribal Member IRS Assistance (General)

We recognize that navigating U.S. tax laws and ensuring proper representation in tax matters can be challenging.

We assist with terminating recognized fiduciary relationships but also taking a critical step in protecting Xi-Amaru Native Americans from any unknown or unapproved contracts or obligations.

Specifically, if there have been any contracts or fiduciary responsibilities created in your name or on your behalf—whether by current or previous employers, or other parties—without your direct knowledge or consent, filing this form can serve to terminate those relationships.

Our support in these matters is part of our broader mission to empower and protect the interests of Xi-Amaru Native Americans, ensuring that their legal and financial obligations are met with the full recognition of both U.S. law and our indigenous governance structures.

Name Change Petition

This petition is crucial for Xi-Amaru Republic citizens who seek to update their tribal credentials with new (and in some cases former) name. If you wish to have your official records, identification, and other tribal documents reflect a different name, this process will ensure that all credentials are accurately updated.

Please note that this service is not necessary for individuals currently undergoing, or planning to initiate, the Citizenship Procedure. The name change is automatically included as a standard part of the Citizenship Procedure for those who wish to update their name during that process.

By completing this petition, you will ensure that all tribal records and documents are consistent, maintaining the integrity of your personal and legal identity within the Xi-Amaru Republic.
