Physical Health & Nutritional Education

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic, will be hosting a Community Health Forum on Tuesday, February 3, facilitated by one of our authorized Naturopathic Doctors.

This forum is part of a recurring monthly health series focused on the physical body, nutritional education, and preventative care. Each session will address different topics related to maintaining physical health, strength, and balance throughout daily life.

The purpose of this series is to provide practical, educational guidance that supports informed decisions about physical wellness while remaining grounded in professional health standards and biblical values.

Community Health Forum – Physical Health & Nutrition | Xi-Amaru Republic

What This Forum Covers

Topics vary each month and may include:

  • Stewardship of the body as the temple

  • Foundations of physical health and vitality

  • Nutritional principles and dietary balance

  • Preventative care practices

  • Blood pressure and cardiovascular health education

  • Blood sugar balance and diabetes education

  • Metabolic health and physical resilience

  • Physical activity, mobility, and recovery

  • Hydration, rest, and daily discipline

Biblical principles related to discipline, stewardship, wisdom, and care for the body are integrated throughout each session to encourage responsible and sustainable health practices.

This forum is educational in nature and does not replace individualized medical care.

Eligibility to Attend

This meeting is open to:

  • Verified Nationals
  • Verified Citizens 

All attendees must:

  • Have completed tribal screening
  • Have a valid case number from screening
  • RSVP in advance 

No guests or unverified individuals will be admitted.

  • Camera Optional
  • Entry grace period: 15 minutes from start time
  • After 15 minutes, entry is closed
  • Attendance constitutes consent to recording
