A.R.K. Eligibility Process

Formal Eligibility Review for Adults & Children

The ARK Eligibility Process serves as the formal eligibility review conducted by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Xi-Amaru Republic. As a result, this process evaluates whether a Christian individual or family may proceed toward ARK Citizenship and established protective national status within the Xi-Amaru Republic.

Moreover, the ARK Eligibility Process is the required first step within the ARK Citizenship framework. For this reason, no individual may advance toward ARK Citizenship without first completing this review.

Purpose of ARK Eligibility

The ARK Eligibility Process exists to determine whether an individual or family qualifies to proceed toward ARK Citizenship. In addition, the process protects the integrity of the Xi-Amaru Republic’s national records by ensuring that all applicants are reviewed consistently and thoroughly before citizenship is considered.

Furthermore, the review evaluates alignment with faith-based values and the governance standards of the Xi-Amaru Republic. Accordingly, this process supports lawful governance and administrative accountability. However, the eligibility process does not grant ARK Citizenship on its own.

What the ARK Eligibility Review Includes

Individual Background Review

We conduct a formal administrative background review to develop a complete jurisdictional profile of the individual.

Identity and Record Verification

Our review includes biographical and identifying information to confirm consistency and accuracy across submitted materials and available records.

Faith Assessment

Applicants will be required to answer questions related to their faith, Christian values, and alignment with the mission of the Xi-Amaru Republic. This assessment is a required component of the eligibility determination.

Supporting Documentation

Each applicant must provide supporting documentation as part of the review process. Full required documents (e.g your church details) will be communicated upon intake. Incomplete submissions may delay or affect the outcome of the review.

Interview Requirement

Applicants may be required to complete an interview as part of the ARK Eligibility Process. If an interview is required, the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice will contact the applicant directly with scheduling instructions.

Kingdom Culture Assessment

Application Completion Requirement

Once access to the ARK Eligibility application is issued, applicants are required to complete and submit the application within 120 days (four months) of the issuance date. This requirement applies to all applicants including adults and children.

The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice requires timely completion to ensure that records remain current, accurate, and administratively valid. Applicants are expected to complete the application truthfully and to the best of their ability.

Failure to submit the application within the 120 day period will result in automatic administrative closure of your case. Closed cases cannot be reopened or transferred. If you wish to reapply following administrative closure a new submission and payment will be required.

ARK Eligibility Status After Positive Review

If an applicant receives a positive eligibility determination but does not proceed to the ARK Citizenship Procedure within the 14 month eligibility window the Republic will enter a default administrative judgment.

Consequently temporary eligibility status will terminate and the individual’s record will be closed and marked as removed.

Applicants who receive a default judgment of removal must wait five years from the date of removal before requesting reconsideration.

Reconsideration is not automatic and is evaluated under the standards in effect at the time of review.
