A.R.K. Citizenship Procedure

Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom | Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government

The A.R.K. Citizenship Procedure is an official citizenship process of the Xi-Amaru Republic Indigenous Government. It provides a lawful pathway for believers in Jesus Christ to obtain nationality under a government founded on faith, law, and moral governance.

This procedure establishes your lawful standing as a national and citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic through the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice and confirms your alignment with the Republic’s Constitution, moral standards, and Kingdom principles.

Applicants must first complete the A.R.K. Eligibility Process before beginning this step. Only individuals who have received official approval of eligibility may proceed with the citizenship procedure.

Purpose

The A.R.K. Citizenship Procedure was created to provide protection, lawful identity, and belonging for believers who desire to live under moral and righteous governance. It allows individuals and families to become recognized citizens within an Indigenous jurisdiction that honors God, truth, and justice.

This process is also a formal act of alignment with the Xi-Amaru Constitution and acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as the foundation of national law and moral authority.

Spiritual and Legal Foundation

The Xi-Amaru Republic operates as a values-based Indigenous government. Its Constitution and governing structure are built upon the principle that righteousness and justice are inseparable.

The A.R.K. Citizenship Procedure operates under:

  • The Xi-Amaru Republic Constitution affirming the Republic’s authority to determine and grant citizenship.

  • The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP), which recognizes the right of Indigenous nations to define membership and protect their people under self-determination.

Message to Prospective Citizens

The Xi-Amaru Republic is a nation established on the principles of order, faith, and purposeful governance. We are a people set apart by God, entrusted with the responsibility to restore our heritage and build a strong future for generations to come.

Enrollment as a citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic is not merely an administrative process; it is a commitment to align with the values, laws, and vision of our nation. We do not support disorder, divisiveness, or conduct that undermines the unity and progress of our people.

While we respect the personal beliefs of all individuals, it must be understood that our nation is built with Jehovah Nissi, The Lord is Our Banner, at the center. Our spirituality is an integral part of our identity, and it is to be respected by all who seek to join and live under the governance of the Xi-Amaru Republic.

Citizenship is reserved for those who are prepared to:

  • Respect and uphold our Constitution, laws, and spiritual foundations.
  • Contribute to the advancement and unity of the Republic.
  • Build alongside those who are faithfully working toward our collective mission.

If you are not ready to embrace this shared responsibility, or if your intentions do not align with the order and unity we uphold, then the Xi-Amaru Republic may not be the right fit for you, even if you are of Indigenous descent. In such cases, we encourage you to seek out another tribe or nation where your path and principles may be better aligned.

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” – 1 Corinthians 14:40

We welcome only those who are ready to stand in unity, walk in purpose, and honor the spiritual foundation upon which this nation was built.
