We understand that life happens. This is why we created a department dedicated to handling cases that need flexibility. Submitting an application is to request a service to be paid in installment on a payment plan that works for your budget. All applications are subject to approval. We will reach out within 1 – 20 days to go over your application and to provide you with a decision. Please keep in mind when on a payment plan, balances must be paid in full before we can start to process the service. If approved offer must be accepted within 30 days or you may have to submit a new application.
