We do not accept walk-ins. All meetings are done via google meeting. If you are an official or unofficial tribal member of the Xi-tribe, you can request to be added to the list. Before you receive the first invite, we will review your application for approval.  Review can take 3 – 10 days. If we confirm you are a member you will be added to the list and receive a confirmation email in regards to the news. When there are upcoming meetings you will be notified.

We do reserve the right to deny entry to any meeting, to anyone who may be a threat to the community, which is to be determined by our team. 

Emails and text messages will be sent out no later than 24hrs before an upcoming event. Attending a meeting is voluntary. Keep in mind meetings may be recorded for record keeping, but access to recording is not guaranteed. In some cases, a summary of the meeting will be emailed within 4 – 10 business days, to individuals who are on the list.
