Our Record Filing Service is designed to assist Xi-Amaru tribal members in securely managing and preserving their important documents.

This service ensures that all vital records, such as citizenship documents, legal agreements, and personal identification, are properly filed and stored within our secure government system.

We provide guidance on submitting and updating records, making sure they comply with our nation’s regulations.

Our goal is to help every tribal member maintain accurate and up-to-date records, safeguarding their personal and legal interests.

At the bottom of the application, you will be asked  how you would like to process your request; once your preference is selected you will be instructed to enter your payment method details. 

Yes. We will notify you via email if a document needs to be resubmitted due to an error.

Example 

A document is missing a required signature.

Once your case is assigned it will be reviewed, if they are no errors or missing information, we will email you an approval notice.

Yes. If your record was denied for record filing due to an error, you will need to resubmit your request.

A case number is only applicable if you received a previous denial for record filing and you are resubmitting the correct documentation(s) that were requested. 

 A case number will be assigned to you once you submit your request. You can locate your case number in your confirmation email, if you don’t see it check your spam folder. If you need help email support@aboriginalministryofjustice.org
