– You must be a citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic or have initiated the process to become a citizen.
– If you are a citizen, please provide your Member ID in the form.
– If you are currently in the process of becoming a citizen, please upload a copy of your application receipt in place of the Member ID.
– You are allowed to submit multiple flag designs. However, each design must be accompanied by a separate application form.
– Ensure that each submission is unique and follows the guidelines provided.
– Designs must be submitted in digital format with transparent or white background (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) with a maximum file size of 10MB.
– Include a brief description of your design, explaining the symbolism and how it represents the Xi-Amaru Republic.
– All submissions must be received by **November 28th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST
– Complete the form with all required information.
– Upload your flag design and any necessary documents (e.g., citizenship receipt).
– Review your application carefully before submitting to ensure all information is accurate.
By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition and grant the Xi-Amaru Republic the right to use your design if selected.
