This event will explore the Xi-Amaru Republic’s government structure and its dedicated efforts to protect the rights of Indigenous peoples who endured slavery and cultural loss who live within the country of the United States of America (Amexum). \nEvent Highlights: \nLearn about the Xi-Amaru Republic’s government structure and its role in safeguarding Indigenous sovereignty and rights. \nUnderstand the impact of slavery and cultural loss on Indigenous communities and the Republic’s work toward cultural restoration. \nParticipate in a meaningful dialogue with community members\, advocates\, and Xi-Amaru leaders. \n  \nWe encourage tribal members in Detroit and all interested individuals to attend and bring friends\, family\, and community members.
