Fears II\, Founding Police Commissioner of the Xi-Amaru Republic. This program is part of a recurring monthly men’s gathering designed to strengthen leadership\, accountability\, discipline\, and brotherhood among male citizens of the nation. Each session provides a structured environment for men to gather\, engage in purposeful discussion\, and develop as responsible leaders within their families\, communities\, and the nation.
